The Northern Beaches Health Service Redevelopment will: - Review the current services and recommend better ways of delivering health care to the Northern Beaches community.
- Refocus the way health care is delivered, so that care will be provided in the most appropriate location, depending on the patient's needs. This may be in the patient's home, in a community setting or in hospital.
- Work with community members, carers, patients, nurses, hospital clinicians, general practitioners and other health care staff and service providers to define the best arrangement of services.
- Plan and deliver new facilities and services, including the new Northern Beaches Hospital at Frenchs Forest.
