Overview

Woy Woy Hospital provides non-acute and outpatient services to the residents of the Peninsula and southern areas of the Central Coast.

The two inpatient services provided within the facility form part of the Clinical Stream of Rehabilitation and Aged Care Services. They include a 33 bed general unit for sub-acute medical, palliative and post surgical patients as well as a 30 bed rehabilitation unit for the care of neurological, general and geriatric rehabilitation. Pharmacy, Pathology, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Nutrition and Social Work Services are provided to the inpatients.

The outpatient services include a private general practitioner `After Hours Medical Service', Registered Nurse review and referral, Physiotherapy, Hydrotherapy, Dementia Day Care and Support Services.
