How do I say thank you for the good care my mother received while she was in your hospital? We love to receive your feedback on the care we provide, both in Hospital and in the Community. You could direct your thanks in a card or letter to the Nurse Unit Manager of the Ward, Department Head or service co-ordinator (for services such as GRACE that cover many wards). Written feedback can also be sent to our General Manager: Some people also like to make a donation to the ward or service that they wish to thank. You can read more about the NSW Health response to privacy requirements on the NSW Health Website. |
