A seminar for parents of children aged 3-6 years:
This seminar addresses the difficulties that children with separation anxiety experience when leaving their parents/primary caregiver.
Common symptoms include crying, clingy behaviour, sleep disturbance and physical complaints before the separation. The seminar aims to provide parents with an
understanding of the nature of separation anxiety and will review some of the practical steps parents can take to help their child

Depression & self harm during adolescence, reviewing links between low mood, self harm & suicidal behavior, looking at how young people support each
other during times of extreme distress & identifying helpful & unhelpful parenting responses, as well as how (& where) to get further assistance.
