Facilities

Some of the facilities that you may find helpful include:

  • Kiosk/Coffee Shop
    The Kiosk/Coffee shop is located near the Emergency Department. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm and Saturday and Sunday 9.30am to 4pm.
  • ATM Machine
    There is an ATM outside the Kiosk/Coffee Shop, situated near the Emergency Department.
  • Internet kiosk
    There is an Internet facility near the Emergency Department, outside the Kiosk/Coffee Shop. The cost is $2 for 20 minutes.
  • Florist and Gift Shop
    A florist and gift shop is available for your convenience in the covered walkway past the Lumby building. Cut flowers, floral arrangements, pot plants and small gifts are available on ext 79298. The florist is open from 9am to 4pm on weekdays.
  • Taxi phone
    Visitors can call a taxi on the free taxi phone located on the wall in the entrance of the Lumby building.
  • Public Transport
    There is a bus service at the front entrance of the hospital in Palmerston Road and a timetable is available in the kiosk/coffee shop. Further details are available on our transport information page.
